BSGCT Board elections update

Dear BSGCT Members,

As we approach our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), we would like to provide an update regarding the vacancies on the BSGCT Board.

Following our recent call for nominations, we have received three applications for the three available General Board positions. Our candidates are:

• Dr Carly Bliss (Standing for re-election)
• Dr Florian Merkle (Standing for re-election)
• Dr Sonam Gurung

As the number of applicants matches the number of available vacancies, and in the interest of streamlining our administrative processes, the Board proposes to appoint these candidates.

We intend to formally confirm these appointments during the AGM. In accordance with our commitment to transparency, we invite any members who have questions or concerns regarding this approach to contact the Secretary (secretary@bsgct.org) by Friday, 20^th March.

Barring any formal objections, we look forward to welcoming Carly, Florian, and Sonam to their roles officially at the meeting.
